Trying At School

Why do we try at school?

What's the point of doing homework?

Why do we waste 7 hours a day sitting around and doing nothing?

We waste days on end zoning out lecture after lecture.

There are days when you get lucky and you get to watch a movie

(even if it wasn't very good.)

And if you get a miracle then you get something called Free Time.

P.E. isn't so bad either, you get to run around and play games or sports.

Maybe we try for the after-school activities like FFA, FCCLA, FBLA, etc.

Maybe it's because you want to get into a good college and to get a good job.

Maybe you're trying just for your parents.

There are many questions and many answers but who actually knows your own reasons.

Everyone has their own different reason after all.
